For payment processing, Auto-bot integrates with Stripe (https://stripe.com/). As a result, certain data such as the last four digits of your credit card, its expiry date, card type, card issuer, your billing address, email address, name, country, amount paid to Auto-bot, and taxes paid on the transaction are visible to Auto-bot through Stripe's tools. However, Auto-bot does not directly collect payment information.
To deliver emails, Auto-bot uses Zoho Mail (www.zoho.com). Your email address may be stored within their servers, and Auto-bot has access to information regarding the delivery and opening activity of those emails. For text processing and diagnostics, Auto-bot utilizes APIs provided by OpenAI. Consequently, this data is transmitted between Auto-bot and OpenAI during the creation process. Auto-bot uses cookies for authentication and to enable essential platform functionalities. These include cookies to mark the user’s session ID, prevent tampering, and identify the current user. For analytics, Auto-bot uses Google Analytics.

If you wish to delete the data associated with your account or delete your entire account, please send an email to info@auto-bot.ai. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
If you wish to receive any other data related to your account, please write to info@auto-bot.ai. Your request will be completed within 30 days of its receipt confirmation, provided the data requested does not infringe on the privacy of other users.
